When Warren Farm School visited
Warren farm Lodge
BH were happy to be invited into Warren farm Lodge and take part in making Easter cards with their residents.
Both children and the residents worked together beautifully and produced some really lovely cards. When the cards were finished, we all sat in the communal room and talked about "the good old days". I was happy and very proud to hear the children's sensible questioning and their complete respect for their elders. Lots of discussion was had about the war and their memories - some very personal ones -that the children sat and listened to most patiently.
Thank you Warren Farm Lodge for inviting us and for the yummy biscuits!
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
